Closing a productive year, AEDI DB proudly presents Casa Patrón, a standout show unit at The Yarra, Grand Wisata Bekasi, developed by Sinarmas Land. Completed in Q3 2024, this project quickly became a favorite among potential homeowners, selling out in just three months.
The allure of Casa Patrón lies in its unique coastal-inspired design—a refreshing take on functional living. Rather than leaning on typical nautical tropes, we opted for bold, graphical patterns balanced with soothing, muted tones. This blend captures the essence of coastal living while maintaining modern sophistication.
Though compact, the layout prioritizes human-centric design, maximizing functionality without sacrificing comfort. Each space is thoughtfully planned, combining calming colors with playful patterns to create a home that feels inviting, practical, and effortlessly stylish.

In every corner of Casa Patrón, the art of Eko Priharseno breathes life into the interiors, enriching them with depth and cultural resonance. Commissioned exclusively for this project, Eko’s bespoke pieces are seamlessly integrated into the space, echoing AEDI Design Bureau’s vision for Casa Patrón—a place where art and life coalesce. These works not only elevate the design but also create a sense of identity that makes Casa Patrón truly unique.
