Two Sudirman Private Residences by AEDI DB – Where Design Speaks the Language of Emotion

We are deeply honoured to be part of Two Sudirman Private Residences Show Unit located on Jalan Jenderal Sudirman — one of Jakarta’s most distinguished addresses, completed on second quarter of 2025.

This project marks our second collaboration Mitsubishi Estate, following the completion of Okura Marketing Gallery and Hotel two years ago. Building upon that shared experience, this partnership has evolved into a continued exchange of ideas and trust — a creative dialogue that allows us to express design with complete freedom. We are sincerely grateful for the confidence Mitsubishi has placed in us, entrusting our team to bring their vision to life once again.

In Two Sudirman Private Residences — 3 Bedroom Show Unit, Aedi Design Bureau presents a collaboration between Japanese property development and Indonesian design expertise, resulting in a distinctly international aesthetic. The interior design emphasizes spatial formulation through calibrated material composition, balanced color, and controlled lighting to achieve a contemporary sense of luxury.

Functionality remains integral to the concept. All storage elements are designed as concealed systems, integrating seamlessly within the architecture through precise detailing and hidden handles. This approach ensures the space remains both visually refined and highly functional. The outcome reflects AEDI’s commitment to design that merges aesthetic discipline, practical performance, and cohesive spatial experience.

The Show Unit features bespoke furniture pieces designed by Eko Priharseno exclusively for this project, complemented by selections from B&B Italia and Karimoku Japan, along with locally crafted accessories such as custom handwoven carpets and contemporary Javanese woodcraft. These elements form a dialogue between global craftsmanship and local artistry, resulting in a space that feels both familiar and elevated.

Despite the tight timeline — the project was completed seamlessly thanks to a collaborative effort among clients and the contractors, and our dedicated suppliers. It stands as a testament to what trust, shared vision, and teamwork can achieve.
