Good things take time to evolve, and after more than 2 decades existing as an interior design studio, AEDI is ready to spread its wings into architectural territory. This new offering is shown through the opening of AEDI’s new studio. A three-story building that encapsulates AEDI’s passion for creating a functional and artistic space that expresses the user’s values.
The bright and modern office was designed to create a comfortable working environment so the team can achieve their best work. It’s achieved through spacious and warm meeting space and material library on the first floor, becoming a space of connection between AEDI’s team with its stakeholders, partners, and networks. The second floor supports the comfort of working through 3 divided working spaces, a living room-style area, and an outdoor swimming pool that allows the team to move and find a place to create whether individually or in groups. The third (mezzanine) floor is intended for execution work that requires deep individual focus such as technical drafting.
The floors are connected with curved stairs, sides fully enclosed with green baluster, existing as a highly visible and chic in-and-out access to the office areas. AEDI’s sharp eyes and appreciative attitude toward good design and art can be seen in the appearance of iconic, and world-renown design pieces in the office, such as Wassily™ Chair by Marcel Breuer (Knoll), Sayl Chair by Herman Miller (Rifyo), Chair One by Magis, TipTon by Vitra (Moie), Vipp 452 Swivel Chair by Vipp, Panton Chair Duo by Vitra, Hay Pier Shelving System by Hay, Apollo Shower by Antonio Lupi (Le Château Living), Kokuyo Table, Vipp Table by Toto, Minotti Lounge Chair, Dancing Wall by Vitra, Akari Lamp by Vitra, Il Sogno Door, and Coulisse Ink. chair (Herman Miller).
AEDI’s new studio is a testament to modern-day work and the limitless possibility of design and creativity.
